Our chauffeur always arrives a least 15 minutes early. This is an absolute rule at Concorde Riviera Services. The chauffeur will be waiting for the passenger after luggage collection. Generally be waiting at the end of the platform holding a tablet displaying the name of the passenger and a code defined beforehand, the chauffeur is immediately identifiable.
The passenger will have received his name and telephone number should they need t contact him. His in-depth knowledge of the area and the IT tools at his disposal guarantee arrival at the passenger’s destination with no time wasted.
Again, punctuality and high standards are key to us. Transfers to train stations and airports must generate peace of mind for the passenger, from start to finish.
